We've built up a reputation over 22 years for creating vibrant contemporary theatre with our unique 'Frantic' method. Integral to the artistic ethos of the company is the sharing of our work methods and engagement with students, teachers, practitioners and audiences, through our varied Learn and Train programme.
Taking the lead in this work, you will manage the existing programme as well as look for new opportunities to support our strategic vision and increase the impact of our work. You will be a creative and strategic thinker, who can work collaboratively across the whole company, and with external partners. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also critical.
Salary: Circa £30,000 - 32,000
