Video - Panta Rei Danseteater 'Lullaby'
Norwegian dance company Panta Rei Danseteater, late last year, conducted a little experiment whereby three dance makers created two pieces with the same name based on the same idea, featuring three male dancers and two musicians, to see what the outcome was.

The much maligned and often ignored Capture project is back for its fifth iteration and is accepting applications for awards up £20,000.
The project provides funding for the creation of dance films (or dance on camera as they prefer to call it) for those new to the game and established artists alike.
For this season of films they have roped in several more 'partner' organisations to screen these films to an unsuspecting public, including; Jerwood Space, London; Scottish Screen; Scottish Arts; CCA, Glasgow and Sadler’s Wells Theatre.
One of the judges on the selection panel is Ross MacGibbon who is described as the 'Executive Producer for Dance on BBC Television'. We can only imagine that must be the most boring job in television if for no other reason than there never is any dance on BBC Television (BBC4 doesn't count as television).
It's no secret that hear in TheLab™ we are not big supporters of this project. We're still waiting for them to produce one film that doesn't make us want to bash our heads in with a shovel, but we live in hope.
The application deadline is December 31st or New Year's Eve, which is when we like filling in funding applications, how about you?
