Audition Instant Updates

We often get requests to add instant notification of new auditions and such to Article19 for our readers. Until now it's been an impractical feature because there was no way to handle it without incurring costs we can't afford.
But now "Web2.0" has come to the rescue in the shape of Twitter. This particular website is like text messaging on steroids so you and your friends can keep each other up to date about every little thing. Obviously, we can use it to keep you informed about new auditions.
Twitter is hugely practical because new notifications from us can be sent straight to your cell/mobile phone so you will know immediately about new auditions as soon as we post them. The SMS update system works worldwide so you can use it in almost any country.
Setting this up is a simple two stage process:
1. Sign up to Twitter at [ www.twitter.com ] It's fast, safe, easy and completely free. Set up your notifications (for text messaging to your cell phone you have to send a security code via SMS to a number provided by Twitter)
2. Navigate to our Twitter page at [ www.twitter.com/Article19 ] and hit the "follow" button illustrated in the image below.
What You Need To Know.
1. Article19 has no access to your personal information, We don't know what your cell phone number, email address or anything else is.
2. You can turn off SMS updates at any time via your Twitter settings page.
3. You can stop "following" Article19's Twitter updates at any time.
4. We will only use the Twitter page for updates on Auditions/Jobs. We will not send any advertisements or commercially orientated messages via Twitter.
5. This service is 100% free of charge.
