After a long hiatus from Article19 we have decided to bring commenting back to certain parts of the site so you, our dear readers, will have a much easier time telling us what you think.
Commenting is available on all the blogs, news pages and video features. We might turn them on for other sections but that should be enough to keep you going for now.
You don't have to register and you don't need a password but if you have an account with LiveType or Vox you can "sign in" with those credentials and you're comment will not have to be approved.
Also, you can register with Article19, just click the "sign in" link, fill in some details, confirm your email address and, as above, you will be able to comment without the need for it to be approved before publishing.
Commenters who are signed up get a nice smiley face icon next to their name when they post. (worth it just for that! Ed!)
If you don't want to do any of that then just enter your name, email address (not published), website address if you have one and the comment you want to make. We will approve the comment as soon as we know you're not a spammer.
Comments don't have to be supportive or even nice but keep them relevant to the article you are commenting on and don't swear otherwise there will be no Christmas pudding for you!
We are working on implementing Facebook Connect which will allow you to post comments using your Facebook account as well all manner of content sharing shenanigans. We will let you know as soon as the service is active.
