YOU EXCEPT BROKEN begins

Hello to you!
Today I'm writing from the kitchen window of the place where I'm staying at the moment. I'm at the kitchen window because there is no internet in the house, but there is however, internet from somewhere outside that I am taking advantage of! I love wifi!
Today will be the first rehearsal in a while for me and Svenja Hamel, for a duet we created.
It looks a bit like this:

There have been many changes to it since its last perfromance and the piece has doubled in length
Tonight we'll be rehearsing in quite a small space but it's big enough for us to do what we need to do and it's free because we know the person who owns the space and so it is very very nice for us to rehearse without money worries. This space will be the space that we transform into a performance venue this month for the event organised by HICCUP.
It feels like it was a long time ago that I last wrote something so I will fill you in on the weeks happenings.
Last week, I didn't take as many classes as usual because I couldn't quite afford it and also because I've been looking for a place to live which is taking up a bit of time. Hopefully I've found something, just waitng for an email or a call from the landlord........CALL ME!
However last week I took a release class which was taught by Charlotte Jarivs on Monday, Tuesday was a Ballet class with Do Not Dance UK and I'm afraid that was all I managed to get round to doing. Quite disappointing for a week but at the moment I'm trying to get things together in terms of finding a room because it's quite difficult to manage things in dance properly when you are not completely stable with money etc.
One hour later......................
Hello again, I'm now writing to you from a different place because my computer decided to crash and just switch itself off whilst I was writing, thank goodness for auto-save!
A friend of mine, Ani Tchakmakdjian is in residence this week at Dance Base, working on the creation of a piece that combines contemporary work with Argentinean Tango. I think it could be quite interesting so I'm going to pop into rehearsal later and have a look. There will also be a free open class on Thursday which I will go to.
Will write soon.
