Quark: Stealing is unpleasant, so when the software giant revealed its new logo that was exactly the same as Scottish Arts Councils and then refused to acknowledge the fact they exhibited a degree of stupidity and ignorance on par with George W. Bush himself.
Scottish Arts Council: For their own withering response to the above. An organisation charged with the protection of the arts in Scotland needs a stiffer backbone. Sadly its what we expect of our arts bureaucrats.
