If you are compressing your own video please make sure it complies with the following technical requirements before sending it to us via Drop Send or You Send It.
Video files must be sent in QuickTime format (using a .mov extension). Xvid, DivX, WMV and Flash are not acceptable.
PAL 16:9 set the size to 520 x 288 (25 Frames per Second)
NTSC 16:9 set the size to 520 x 292 (29.98 or 30 Frames per Second)
PAL 4:3 set the size to 384 x 288 (25 Frames per Second)
NTSC 4:3 set the size to 360 x 292 (29.98 or 30 Frames per Second)
If your video was filmed in High Definition then make sure the horizontal dimension is no wider that 520 pixels, adjust the vertical resolution to suit.
Apple H.264 only for Video
AAC only for Audio
Video Track: Minimum 300 Kbps - 400 Kbps Maximum
Audio Track: 96 Kbps Stereo/Mono Minimum/Maximum
Video must be titled with white text on a black back ground at the beginning. End credits are not necessary.
